2020 Diploma & GED Graduation

On June 11, 2020, HBAS hosted its first ever drive-thru graduation at our Gothard campus. Diploma and GED graduates were each able to bring one carload of family and friends. One student at a time received their diploma and congratulations from faculty and then posed in front of HBAS letters with a scenic backdrop. It was truly special to have those few minutes recognizing each student with their loved ones. We were thrilled to have 79 students attend our ceremony. Congratulations to the HBAS Class of 2020!   • ESL Student Elizabeth Renteria sings the National Anthem at our 2018 Promotion Ceremony1:29 National Anthem - ESL Promotion Ceremony, 6-12-2018 Featured

    To open our morning and evening ESL Promotion Ceremonies, Elizabeth Renteria sang a moving rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner. Elizabeth is an ESL student from our Twilight Program. She is living proof that learning a new language is possible, with a little courage and determination. Once she is done with our ESL program, she plans to get her GED and then further her education by going to college. Thanks to Elizabeth for her brave and beautiful performances, which created a special moment at our ceremonies.
